We’ve had the honor of contributing to the enchanting holiday atmosphere at the Open Air Museum in Lyngby – with exquisitely crafted model food.

To bring the charm of a traditional Scandinavian Christmas to life within the historic houses, we meticulously recreated iconic festive dishes. From blood sausage and rolled pork to medister sausage, Danish æbleskiver, ham, and even a full roast pig’s head, every detail reflects the culinary heritage of the season.
