Barley grain

A barley grain, designed for Home of Carlsberg, underwent digital sculpting under the guidance of Carlsberg's scientist, Birgitte Skadhauge, who holds the positions of Head of Research, Vice President at Carlsberg Research Laboratory, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Copenhagen, along with Brew Master Dr. Zoran Gojkovic. The distinguished grain, skillfully crafted by our master artist, Stacey Wiik, features a cross-sectional design revealing the internal structure of the barley kernel.
