Jellyfish plate

Alchemist, a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, asked us to make bespoken plates shaped like jellyfishes to serve a stunning dish of the jelly itself.

We cast the jellyfish plate from transparent resin with organs inside. Finally, the dishes had a layer of lacquering.
